Q: Do you purchase vehicles or take part exchanges?
A: Yes, no matter what age, condition or mileage. We'll give you the best trade-in value we can. Just contact us to arrange a time for us to look at the vehicle.

Q: Do you offer finance?
A: Yes, see our page about finance for further details. We can provide finance on any of our vehicles for both high or low credit scores.

Q: Do you  HPI check your cars?
A: Yes, we check all of our vehicles. The HPI check searches for outstanding finance, stolen vehicles, insurance write-offs, stolen registration documents and plate transfers. You can be confident that your new car won't have any hidden history.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a standard 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with all our forecourt vehicles, which can be extended to cover more components of the vehicle. See our warranty page for further details.

Q: Do I have to make an appointment to view the vehicle?
A: We recommend booking an appointment, this guarantees the availability of a sales person and allows us to bring the vehicle to the front of our congested forecourt ready for viewing. Call us before you leave and we'll reserve the vehicle until you arrive.

Q: When can I view your vehicles?
A: Although other areas of the garage are open longer, the car sales department is open for test drives from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. Please call to arrange special appointments outside these hours.

Q: What deposit do I need to leave?
A: We normally ask for a 10% deposit to secure a vehicle. 

Q: How long will I have to wait for my car to be ready?
A: All vehicles receive a service and MOT before they leave us. Depending on how busy our workshops are, this may take anything from 1-5 working days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers and credit/debit cards. Please note that while cash and cards are instant, cheques may take up to 7 working days to clear and bank transfers up to 3 working days - we cannot release vehicles without cleared payment. Also, we do not impose a surcharge for credit card payments.
